Ethical Values for Civil Service Personnel
7. Ethical Values for Civil Service Personnel and other institutional Codes of Conduct are integral part of the sustainable development of the civil service sector. In order to implement the organizational policies, objectives and processes, the civil service personnel shall adhere to the following ethical values which support “all-encompassing” aspects on obligations and results to be feasible influence:
- (a) Commitment to people-centered Civil Service;
- (b) Diligence, Effectiveness and Efficiency;
- (c) Innovativeness and Competitiveness;
- (d) Honesty, Dignity, and Trustworthiness;
- (e) Outstanding competencies and Technical competencies;
- (f) Inclusive Participation and Coordination;
- (g) Impartiality, free from corruption, and Fairness;
- (h) Transparency, Responsibility and Accountability.
