The Union Civil Service Board hereby issues theserules in exercise of the power conferred by subsection (a) of section 27 of the Union Civil Service Board Law with the approval of the Union Government.

Chapter I
Title and Definition

1. These rules shall be called the Union Civil Service Board Rules.
