Departmental Action

38. For Failure of rule of conduct, violation of discipline and failure of duty of services personnel, it shall be taken departmental action in accord with Law, rules, regulations related to maintenance of disciplines of services personnel. If the act or failure of a services personnel is a matter amounting to an offence, it shall be taken legal action.
