The provisions included in Ethical Values for Civil Service are the Core Values supporting the Civil Service Personnel to become the ethical and dedicated personnel, and the competent Civil Service Organizations as well as the better Society. Thus, all the Civil Service Personnel must observe the Ethical Values for Civil Service Personnel.
