149. In stipulating the period of foreign service and study tour the date of departure of that service personal from Myanmar to overseas shall be deemed as the starting date of discharge of oversea duty. The date of arrival of that service personnel to Myanmar shall be deemed as the ending date of discharge of oversea duty.
