The Rules Amending the Union Civil Service Board Rules

11.   The introduction of rule 37 of the Union Civil Service Board Rules shall be substituted as follows:

• 37.     The junior level officers course shall be joined by the following healthy service personnel who are at and under the age of 45 and selected by the relevant ministries and organizations.

12.   Rule 38 of the Union Civil Service Board Rules shall be substituted as follows:

• 38.     The clerical staff supervisor course shall be joined by the healthy branch clerks and office superintendents who are at and under the age of 45 and selected by the relevant ministries and organizations.

13.   Rule 39 of the Union Civil Service Board Rules shall be substituted as follows:

• 39.     The clerical staff course shall be joined by the healthy senior and junior clerks who are at and under the age of 45 and selected by the relevant ministries and organizations.

14.   Rule 40 of the Union Civil Service Board Rules shall be substituted as follows:

• 40.     The relevant ministries and organizations shall coordinate with the Board for the officers who are directly selected by the Board to be able to join the pre – service officers (special) course as a special case.

15.   Rule 42 of the Union Civil Service Board Rules shall be substituted as follows:

• 42.     Apart from workplace skills training in line with the work nature of the relevant ministries and organizations, if the ministries and organizations want to conduct management courses and civil service training courses at the civil service academies, they must do it in coordination with the Board.
