Assessment of Qualification

29. To assess the qualification of the service personnel, the suitable methods out of the followings shall be used depending on the work nature of the post to be promoted:
(a) test;
(i) written test;
(ii) practical test;
(iii) both written and practical test;
(b) assessment;
(c) interview.
