3.   Sub-rule (a) of rule 233 of the Civil Service Personnel Rules shall be substituted as follows:

• “(a)      is entitled to enjoy superannuation pension in accord with the provisions when the person attains the age of 62 except some particular cases under the provisions of any existing law;”
