Civil Service Personnel Rule 69

69. No leave shall be granted to a service personnel on temporary suspension. However, when any one of the circumstances to be enjoyed a special disability leave, such as maternity hospitalization or treatment due to an emergency health problem, treatment due to the aggravation of disability resulting from performing duties, arises during suspension, the head of service personnel organization may consider to grant a respective leave if he believes that the situation is extraordinary.
