Chapter VI
Providing the Comments of the Board and Reporting

47. The Board shall provide comments either about the civil service personnel law, rules, regulations and procedures, or about selection and appointment of, training for, promotion of and maintenance of the disciplines against the service
personnel if requested by ministries and organizations.
