18. The authorized person to grant leave may, for the purpose of public interest if it is regained, refuse the leave claimed, revoke the leave granted and recall the services personnel on leave. Such services personnel recalled shall be stipulated as the term of duty from the starting day of travelling to serve the duty and the enjoyment of the travelling to serve the duty and the enjoyment of the travelling allowance returning from the region on leave to the department of headquarter shall be allowed.
